FULL SERVICE BROKERAGE

Typically Seller orientated agencies that contract with the seller to List, Market and Sell  owners property for the price / terms contract.  These agencies also work to find Buyers for properties the brokerage has under contract to sell.

TRADITIONAL BROKERAGE

Typically the same as a Full Service Brokerage but does not have their own Title or Finance facilities. Agents generally work with both Buyers and Sellers as "Transaction Brokers".

EXCLUSIVELY  BUYERS BROKERAGE

Sometimes known as Buyer Brokerages, they specialize working exclusively with Buyers. Their agents are known as Exclusive Buyer Agents because they never represent Sellers. They are considered Consumer Advocates.
